Tropical Paradise
Beach Fron Casitas is a fourplex located in the exclusive natural reserve of El Careyes in Mexico’s pacific riviera. Each casita is approximately 3000 sq. ft. and faces the ocean on one of the condominium’s most private and exclusive beaches.
We had several limitations starting with the strict condominium association design guidelines followed by the limited availability of construction materials and finishes. These limitations called for a design that needed to be in harmony with its context, respectful of the environment, and contemporary simultaneously—redefining luxury as an immersive communion with nature. The context inspires the color palette. Fortunately, we had skillful artisans and masons at our disposal, with whom we worked to build with local techniques that have been exported worldwide.
