El gayo Twin Homes in Shenandoah is a development of two single-family homes designed for the rising Miami market. The design is open, flexible, and responds to a diverse market; the hoses are ready to allow easy customization and future growth.
We assisted our partner Casa Gayo from finding the land and fabricating the feasibility study to the design and sourcing the right general contractor. We selected Shenandoah as a location because it is a growing sub-market with little available inventory of new single-family homes. The project is a modern structure that stands out and leads the way to the upbringing of the old neighborhood.
