We had the privilege to work with the industry’s best consultants, designers, and architects, accelerating the design process through our participatory process that helped coordinate the developer’s interests with the design team’s vision.
We entered the project at the end of the design process when the developer, who was working with us on another project, asked us to bring our participatory decision-making process to facilitate the design of the spa and the presidential suite. We were able to decompress the design team, giving the developer a stronger, more unmistakable voice.
